Deposits of 50% percent of service cost required when making online appointments, all appointments must be paid in full at the time of appointment. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for permanent eyebrow services and 24-hour cancellation policy for all other appointments. If appointment is cancelled outside of those policies, 50% of the services will be billed.
